This page is dedicated to keeping our community of Owners, Trainers, Assistant Trainers, and Jockeys informed with essential updates throughout the 2024-2025 Abu Dhabi Turf Club Race Season.

Important information for upcoming race meetings
Race Meeting 16 – Saturday, 12 April 2025
Last Race Meet of the season!
ERA Reception opens at 5pm
First race is scheduled for 6pm
ERA Member benefits on regular race nights*
*Regular race nights excludes the UAE President Cup
ALL ERA OWNERS, TRAINERS, ASSISTANT TRAINERS, JOCKEYS BADGE HOLDERS
- Exclusive access to Horsemen’s Lounge, located on level 1 of the Grandstand
- Access to Parade Ring, Mounting Stables, The Garden
- Access to ERA Parking, via Gate 2
- 2 x Horse Connections per ERA (Owner, Trainer, Assistant Trainer, Jockey) badge
Please note: Your Horse Connection can be any age. However, the age restrictions to access the Parade Ring is 14+.
YOUR PROCESS ON RACE DAYS
- Please ensure you have your ERA badge with you
- Arrive via Gate 2 to access ERA Parking (by showing your ERA badge)
- Proceed to the Horsemen’s Lounge Reception for check-in (by showing your ERA badge)
- You will be provided 2 x guest wristbands at entry, which will grant your guests with the above access, if applicable (please note: lost wristbands will not be re-issued, and it is your responsibility to provide your guests their wristbands)
- Enter to the Horsemen’s Lounge on level 1 of the Grandstand
