We are seeking an experienced Lead NetSuite Consultant to implement and integrate Oracle NetSuite solutions. This role requires technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to deliver impactful business solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

1. NetSuite Consulting and Customisation

• Design, develop, and implement NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Customize workflows, user interfaces, fields, and scripts to optimize functionality.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for leveraging NetSuite capabilities to meet business goals.

2. Team Leadership

• Lead a team of developers and consultants in delivering high-quality NetSuite solutions.
• Mentor team members, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

3. Integration and Development

• Develop and integrate custom applications with NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Leverage ASP.NET and web technologies to build and integrate web-based applications.
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems, including CRM, e-commerce, and other enterprise software.

4. Database Management and Optimization

• Utilise SQL Server for database management, reporting, and performance optimisation.
• Develop and manage complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database architectures.

5. DevOps and Deployment (Preferred)

• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
• Manage deployments, ensuring minimal downtime and robust system performance.

6. Client and Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Deliver presentations and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite systems.

Qualifications and Skills

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in NetSuite ERP customization, implementation, and administration.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET (C#), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience:

• 7+ years of professional experience in NetSuite consulting, development, or related roles.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex ERP projects.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant) are a plus
