The Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club was founded by His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in 1976, and is a prominent equestrian club located in Abu Dhabi. Today, the Club offers various equestrian activities and events, promoting the love for horses and horsemanship.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Legal Consultations:
1. Providing legal advice to senior management and various departments within the club.
2. Interpreting and clarifying laws, regulations, and club policies.
Contracts and Agreements:
3. Reviewing and drafting legal contracts and agreements.
4. Ensuring contracts comply with local and international laws.
Compliance and Regulation:
5. Ensuring the club’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Monitoring changes in laws and regulations and ensuring their implementation within the club.
Dispute Management:
7. Providing legal advice on how to handle legal disputes.
8. Representing the club in legal disputes and negotiations with other parties.
Required education, experience competences and other skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum five (5) years experience
